Adv. Sujan Pandey is a versatile legal practitioner with over 9 years of experience in litigation, specializing in criminal law and financial crime across all three tiers of courts in Nepal. He also serves as a legal advisor to leading business institutions nationwide and has over 8 years of teaching experience in academia.

Adv. Kailash Tamang is a dedicated legal professional specializing in litigation and criminal law, with primary practice before the Special Court of Nepal and experience across all three tiers of courts. Licensed under the Nepal Bar Council and a B.A. LL.B. graduate of Tribhuvan University, he is recognized for his strong command of procedural and substantive law and his client-focused advocacy.

Adv. Sudip Raj Ghimire is a bona fide legal practitioner with over four years of experience in litigation, specializing in criminal law and financial crime cases before the Special Court of Nepal and all three tiers of courts. He combines active legal practice with academia as an assistant professor at Kathmandu School of Law and legal advisor to leading healthcare institutions, with strong interests in health law, public procurement, and constitutional and administrative law.

Nirab Gyawali is a seasoned legal professional specializing in project finance, infrastructure law, and public-private partnerships in Nepal’s renewable energy sector. He currently serves as a legal and institutional expert at the Office of the Investment Board of Nepal, advising on foreign investment and cross-border transactions. His career at Pioneer Law Associates and Neupane Law Associates includes complex infrastructure deals, M&A transactions, and contributions to Nepal’s PPP legal framework. He holds an LL.B. from Kathmandu School of Law and is completing his LL.M. from Peking University’s School of Transnational Law.

Dipesh Regmi is a strategic legal professional and tech entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, public policy, and regulatory affairs in Nepal. He has advised high-growth businesses on FDI, compliance, government relations, and digital economy frameworks. His work includes mobility sector strategy, financial inclusion initiatives, public interest litigation, and inter-organizational legal collaboration. A law graduate in international business, trade, and tax law, he is currently pursuing an LLM in criminal law and justice.

Ashim Niraula is an associate at the firm and a graduate of Kathmandu School of Law, actively involved in litigation across corruption cases, trial court matters, corporate compliance, and professional document preparation. He further supports clients by researching and drafting litigation documents, legal opinions, due diligence reports, FDI and visa matters, and diverse regulatory documents, reflecting a strong dedication to solving legal problems.

Diwash Singh Khadka
Diwash Singh Khadka is currently pursuing a B.A. LLB, with an academic focus on criminal law. He also holds a diploma with excellence in ‘International Law and Decolonization.’ He has developed a strong interest in litigation, grounded in a commitment to advancing the best interests of clients. Diwash is also an active mooter and presently serves on the Representative Selection Committee under the National Youth Council, Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Abiral Poudel
Abiral Poudel serves as a legal intern at Samarthya Legal Concern and is currently studying at Kathmandu School of Law (Batch 2022–2027), where he is building his foundation in law. He supports the firm’s litigation and research teams by assisting seniors on corruption, criminal, and civil matters and by contributing to the drafting of litigation documents and legal opinions.
